Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Field Marketing Manager in delivering budtender training, in-store support, and visual merchandising across New York retailers
• Partner with Sales and Brand Marketing to ensure consistent execution of brand messaging and merchandising initiatives
• Support planning and execution of B2B and B2C events, retail activations, and field programs across the New York territory
• Assist with end-to-end event execution, including coordination with marketing, social, and sales teams and post-event recaps with insights and recommendations
• Support Brand Ambassador programs, including administrative tasks, compliance with policies and labor regulations, and tracking of SWAG and merchandising deployment
  
  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 2 years of experience in event planning, field marketing, trade marketing, or related roles
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort working cross-functionally
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
• Passion for the cannabis industry and experiential marketing
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within New York territory as needed
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
