Junior Marketing and Sales Representative

As a Junior Marketing & Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers in a retail setting, helping to promote products and services, generate new business, and support sales growth for our clients. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You will receive paid training, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you build confidence and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally in a retail environment
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
• Help generate new customer accounts and contribute to team sales goals
• Build positive customer relationships to support repeat business and brand loyalty
• Assist with in-store marketing and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales strategies
• Record basic customer interactions and sales activity
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
