As we do so, we continue to support the Shelter Project, the company’s in-house compassion program that has been providing free cannabis oil to cancer patients since 2014.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of lab processes, which can include but are not limited to various aspects of: Filling, Formulating, solventless extraction, hydrocarbon, post-processing, winterization, filtration, rotary evaporation, and distillation
• Maintain freeze dryers
• Cleaning and preventive maintenance of all equipment, tools, and work areas
• Escalate any technical issues related to processes or equipment to their Supervisor
• Maintain safe and efficient production, working with delicate and expensive equipment
• Maintain accurate records for all production phase steps, using paper and electronic logs, METRC/Biotrack track-and-trace, and Odoo ERP
• Meet or exceed production goals with few to no errors
  
  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 2 years of experience in a laboratory or production environment.
• Keen ability to follow instructions and receive feedback.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be able to lift more than 40lbs at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
