Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication using tools such as Microsoft Project, TFS (Team Foundation Server), VersionOne, Jira, and Visio.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising software developers, infrastructure specialists, business analysts, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution aligned with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Develop detailed project plans incorporating SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) standards, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles for large-scale enterprise solutions implementation.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to define clear project deliverables, test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and success criteria while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Oversee the integration of enterprise software applications with existing databases such as SQL and Oracle, ensuring data integrity and security during implementation.
- Support release management activities including deployment planning, disaster recovery procedures, IT governance compliance, and post-implementation review.
Experience
- Proven experience in IT project management or program management within a technology-focused environment with supervisory responsibilities for technical teams.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches tailored for enterprise software deployment.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, TFS, VersionOne, Visio for planning and tracking complex projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS along with enterprise solutions implementation involving IT infrastructure upgrades.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes, risk management strategies, requirements gathering techniques, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development practices.
- Technical proficiency in databases such as SQL and Oracle; experience integrating these into large-scale projects is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams across multiple projects while maintaining organizational skills for time management and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of IT governance standards including disaster recovery planning and security protocols to ensure compliance throughout project lifecycles.
