Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Sales experience preferred
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Competitive attitude with a desire to grow financially and professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Quote and sell insurance products including auto, home, life, and business insurance
- Follow up with warm leads and inbound prospects
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend coverage solutions
- Maintain strong follow-up and communication throughout the sales process
- Help contribute to agency growth and team sales goals
