Experience, Education & Skills:

Education: BE, B Tech, or MCA.

Experience: 7–10 years of professional experience (Mid-Senior level).

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Technical Toolkit:

Salesforce Mastery: Hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform; Lightning experience within the Financial industry is a major plus.

Coding Prowess: Proficiency in APEX, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

Integration & Data: Basic knowledge of integrating with 3rd party vendors and RESTful APIs; strong skills in SQL, SOQL, Reports, Dashboards, and Workflows.

DevOps & SDLC: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices (Version Control, Salesforce DX). You should be able to set up a fully functional CI/CD pipeline using GIT and SFDX.

Code Quality: Ability to write clean, flexible, and maintainable Apex code, including test classes and scripts.
