Our client is seeking General Accounting Clerk for an ongoing temporary employment contract.
You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate costs of goods and services
- Track and record deliveries to customers
- Distribute invoices for sales review
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
This role is offered as a full time opportunity on a temporary contract to service the growing needs of our client. There is potential to become a full time permanent hire, however, this is at our clients discretion.
