What You’ll Do
As a Protégé, you will work directly with a top-performing agency while developing the skills required to run your own business.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
- Develop expertise in insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial)
- Learn consultative sales and client retention strategies
- Support day-to-day agency operations and customer experience
- Analyze performance metrics and business growth strategies
- Participate in mentorship with District leadership
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain (or already hold) a California Insurance License
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing the program
