Learn the tricks of the trade from the best in the business and get the mentorship you need to know how to sell, prospect, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans to build your own book of business. Responsibilities:
- Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business
- Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent
- Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients
- Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates
- Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals
Qualifications"
- One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial
- Must successfully complete a background check
- Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty & Life and Health insurance licenses
- Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others
- Strong leadership and communications skills are a must
- Bi-lingual is a plus!
