Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed new business production goals
- Prospect for new clients through calls, networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, and close sales
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and clients
- Cross-sell multiple product lines (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial)
- Provide ongoing service and relationship management to clients
- Generate referrals and expand your book of business
- Manage daily sales activity and track performance metrics
- Participate in training, coaching, and business development sessions
