What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Invoicer position at Jenson Total Services?
We are a commercial Heating and Air Conditioning company. We are currently looking for someone who can handle a high volume office environment. You will mainly be working with dispatching service calls and helping with invoicing. Needs to have knowledge in excel, outlook and Quickbooks. Also needs to have customer service experience and able to answer calls from customers and techs. Below is a summary of day to day tasks that you will need to be able to accomplish.
- Un forwarding/Forwarding phones
- Checking emails and service calls through outlook.
- Updating the excel call boards
- Texting out new service calls
- Getting PO's (parts order) to Technicians
- NEEDS KNOWLEDGE OF QUICKBOOKS (DEAL BREAKER)
- Inputting invoices into quickbooks
- Creating bids/ invoicing bids
- Needs to be organized
- multitasker
There are other tasks that will go along with the job, but these are the main day to day. We need someone who is good at managing tasks because this industry has a lot happening at once. Some days are quiet and others will be high volume.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
