CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Greet in-store customers and answer phone inquiries.
- Develop an understanding of products & their location to efficiently assist customers.
- Use computer system for sales, entering special orders, and other miscellaneous business activities.
- Work with customers to satisfy their needs, and address any issues or complaints.
- Accurately/thoroughly write rental contracts.
- Check in/out rental equipment.
MAINTENANCE
- Maintain clean and open look on floor
- Assist in resetting inventory as needed
- Inspects returned rental equipment for damage, and reports needed repairs to store manager.
- Test starts rental equipment
- Cleans returned rental equipment
INVENTORY
- Helps unload delivery trucks
- Helps with re-stocking merchandise on shelves
OTHER·
- Attend scheduled meetings as requested
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
- Perform other miscellaneous job duties as assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to bend, stoop, walk, kneel, reach, stand for long periods, and occasionally lift, push, or pull 50lbs.
- Does not have any physical limitations that would prevent the accomplishment the above-described activities.
