Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals and uphold service standards.
- Manage customer interactions with professionalism, resolving issues efficiently and enhancing satisfaction.
- Supervise inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control procedures.
- Handle cash register operations, POS systems, cash handling, and payroll processing with accuracy.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and supporting their ongoing training & development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or team management experience within the retail industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage conflict positively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, basic bookkeeping, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, pricing strategies, and sales management tools.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail store product lines and operational management practices.
