Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and results-focused professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst, Customer Commissions. In this role, you will oversee the calculation, validation, and processing of commissions from some of the nation’s largest suppliers. You will play a critical part in ensuring our partners receive exceptional service through accurate, timely payments and seamless commission processing. As a key member of the financial operations team, your work will directly support efficiency, accuracy, and strong partner relationships.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and results-focused professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst, Customer Commissions. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyze and validate financial monthly supplier commission statements for accuracy and completeness.
- Proactively investigate, submit and resolve commission disputes with suppliers on behalf of partners
- Communicate proactively with customers and partners regarding commission discrepancies
- Provide exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Enhance commission reporting tools based on internal feedback, external needs, and business requirements
- Partner with IT team to streamline commission reporting uploads and related processes
- Manage priorities effectively, drive issues to resolution, and consistently meet deadlines.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a solid database skill level.

- Quick learner of industry-specific software, systems, and tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Reliable with consistent attendance and dependable performance.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred. An emphasis in business administration, accounting, or finance is preferred
- One to two years of experience in accounting, finance, commissions, or back office is helpful, but not required
- Possess data analysis skills with attention to detail
- Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 5 percent of the time
- Primarily sedentary work performed in an office environment.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, and operating standard office equipment.
- Ability to view and analyze data on a computer screen for prolonged periods.
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching.
- May occasionally lift and/or move items up to 5 pounds (e.g., files, office materials).
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and in person.
- Ability to travel up to 5 percent of the time
