Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Pay Range: $26.80/ HR

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and facilities management, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the operations team, supporting the maintenance and smooth functioning of facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
