Job Title: CAD Designer

What's the Job?
- Perform CAD Drafting utilizing survey field data to create precise civil and site drawings.
- Prepare detailed site and civil plans including grading, utility layouts, and Stormwater Management (SWM) / Erosion & Sediment Control (E&S) plans.
- Create various civil details and exhibits to support project documentation and presentations.
- Assist in office support activities such as area, slope, and volume computations to ensure project accuracy.
- Conduct field work as needed, including observing construction activities and supporting surveyors to ensure project compliance and quality.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering, Design Technology, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Civil Design and/or Civil Drafting.
- Proficiency with engineering/CADD tools, especially AutoCAD Civil 3D, is strongly preferred.
- Experience working on a variety of land development projects, including greenfield and brownfield sites.
- Valid Driver’s License, as field work may be required on occasion.
