Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer phone calls and emails in a timely, professional manner
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships, including remote accounts
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Preparing accurate quotes, pricing, and order entries using CRM/ERP systems
- Reviewing customer history and activity to identify gaps and opportunities
- Partnering with internal teams to align customer needs with product and service solutions
- Ensuring timely follow-up on all quotes, orders, and customer requests
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, account support, or related roles (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort working with technical or product-based information
- Experience using CRM/ERP systems and standard office tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while following established processes
