Job Description
Jefferson is seeking Procurement Specialists to support the National Guard Bureau, Acquisition and Contract Management Support Services.
This role will be Onsite at the Air National Guard Readiness Center, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland with the ability for telework. These positions are proposal-based and are not yet funded. Hiring is contingent upon successful award of the proposal.
The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:
Develop and review acquisition documentation including PWSs, SOOs, IGCEs, QASPs, Market Research Reports, and J&As.
Provide acquisition lifecycle support from requirements definition through award and closeout.
Manage and maintain acquisition templates, checklists, and dashboards in accordance with NGB-AQ standards.
Conduct quality reviews of procurement packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Support process improvement and training initiatives to build acquisition capability.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrated experience working in DoD contracting.
Demonstrated expertise in FAR/DFARS, acquisition planning, and procurement documentation.
Experience leading teams.
Experience supporting a high volume of annual contract actions.
Experience implementing acquisition process improvements.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to interpret acquisition policy and advise stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in DoD or federal acquisition (R&D preferred).
Experience supporting Air National Guard (ANG) or Major Command (MAJCOM) organizations.
Familiarity with SharePoint and MS Teams.
