Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs in both languages

Translate conversations between customers and technicians when necessary

Write up repair orders with clear, accurate descriptions of issues

Explain recommended services, costs, and timelines

Provide updates on repair status and notify customers of delays

Upsell maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.)

Automotive Service Advisor – Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant experience preferredÂ
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
