Jeff Wyler Kia of Fairfield is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Entry-Level Service Advisor / Service Assistant to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the automotive industry with opportunities for advancement into a full Service Advisor position.
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dealership experience while supporting our Service Advisors and technicians.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival

Assist with check-in and check-out procedures

Schedule service appointments via phone and online systems

Communicate basic service recommendations and maintenance needs

Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate documentation

Provide status updates to customers throughout the service process

Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion

Process payments and explain invoices clearly and accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly service area

Support Service Advisors with daily administrative tasks
