Responsibilities
As a CDJR Certified Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our service operation diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles with precision and pride:
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on GM vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Utilize the latest tools, technology, and service information to deliver accurate and efficient results
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts Specialists to ensure seamless service for internal and external customers
- Document all work performed with accuracy and attention to detail
- Stay up to date on CDJR certifications, training, and evolving technologies
- Contribute to a team environment focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
INDSJBR
Qualifications:- ASE Certification preferred
- 3 years of Service Technician experience required
- A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
- Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license
