About the Role
Jeff Hays Films is looking for a reliable, organized Production Assistant to support our team during an eight-week assignment. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in film and video production.
You will help with production setup, crew lunch pickups, and general day-to-day production support. We’re looking for someone who takes direction well, communicates clearly, and is willing to help with the practical tasks that keep a production running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist the crew with production setup and breakdown, including preparing spaces and organizing equipment and supplies under the team’s direction.
- Pick up crew lunches and help distribute meals.
- Help keep production areas tidy, organized, and ready for use.
- Assist with other routine production-support tasks as directed by the team.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is dependable, punctual, attentive to detail, and comfortable following instructions and working with a team. An interest in filmmaking or video production is welcome, but previous professional production experience is not required.
Applicants must be available to work in person during the Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule for the full eight-week assignment.
