Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. This person must have basic knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing industry and understanding of job scopes, please do not apply if you do not have an understanding of how this industry works.
We are looking for the following availability 11a-7pm shift Monday- Friday, candidate must live 10-20 minutes from location so you are not driving home more than you are working!
You will answer the overflow of phone calls, book appointments, handle inquiries, resolve issues, write out estimates, order materials and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Provide accurate information about products and services while addressing customer concerns effectively.
- Book and confirm all appointments daily.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Order Material at specific plumbing supply shops, collect deposits, and write estimates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and schedules as needed.
