Precision Mechanical Assembler

Picture your day starting at a well-organized workstation in Shreveport, LA. You review build specs, set your tape to the right mark, and get hands-on with tools and equipment to bring components together with care and accuracy. You double-check measurements, verify fit and finish, and keep your space tidy and safe—then do it again with consistency and pride.

• Pay: $15–$18/hour DOE
• Location: Shreveport, LA
• Schedule: Full-Time; day and night shifts available

• Assemble mechanical products and subassemblies following specifications and work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Read and use a tape measure accurately; perform basic shop math to verify dimensions.
• Inspect finished work for precision, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
• Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed to meet goals.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and confidence with tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform basic math and read a tape measure with accuracy.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Dependable attendance and on-time work habits.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
