1st Choice Personnel is currently hiring Production Assemblers for a local manufacturing company.
We are looking for dependable, hands-on candidates who are comfortable using tools, following instructions, and working in a production environment.
Job Duties
- Assemble metal, mechanical, and electrical components.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly work.
- Measure parts and materials using a tape measure.
- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.
- Report damaged parts, defects, or other production issues.
- Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
- Perform basic equipment care as needed.
- Package completed products when required.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other production duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow blueprints, diagrams, or written instructions.
- Comfortable working with tools and small components.
- Ability to distinguish different colored wires and components.
- Dependable and able to work well with others.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
