- Execute complex mechanical and electrical repairs on plant and facility equipment
- Rapidly troubleshoot failures using meters, schematics, and systematic diagnostics
- Interpret manuals, blueprints, and hydraulic/electrical drawings to guide repairs
- Lead root cause analysis to prevent repeat issues
- Complete preventive maintenance on machines, motors, tools, and support systems
- Plan work and coordinate with plant supervisors to minimize downtime
- Provide clear status updates to the maintenance manager
- Operate all tools and test equipment with uncompromising safety
- 5–10 years maintaining industrial machinery with strong electrical experience in manufacturing
- Depth in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Diagnostic mindset with proven failure analysis skills
- Independence and accountability in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of single- and three‑phase power, hydraulic systems, and pneumatics (air compressors included)
- Excellent organization for parts control, equipment files, and time usage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Frequent activity: walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and similar movements
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Perform work while wearing required PPE
- Comfort operating in hot areas for extended periods and in dusty environments
