Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Sales-Facing Account Manager who will act as a key driver of client engagement, account growth, and project coordination. This role blends client relationship management with proactive sales and business development — focused on expanding service offerings and strengthening long-term partnerships within our multi-family, commercial, and residential customer base.
The ideal candidate is professional, entrepreneurial, and comfortable representing JDW with existing accounts while uncovering new opportunities and driving ongoing revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication and strategic outreach
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with current clients
- Lead sales activities including preparing quotes and proposals for renovation and maintenance projects
- Coordinate project details with internal operations and field teams
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Track project profitability, revenue goals, and account performance
- Use CRM and project management tools to support sales and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development (contracting, construction, real estate, or services industry preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or project management software
- Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
