Our commitment to craftsmanship, personalized service, and high-quality products has built a strong reputation across both markets. We are now seeking a driven Client Account Manager to help accelerate growth and deepen customer relationships.
About the Role
As a Client Account Manager, you will drive all aspects of account growth and client engagement within the B2B division. This is a relationship-focused role centered on warm leads, account expansion, and re-engagement — no cold calling required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Re-engage dormant accounts and win back lapsed customers
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for key clients
- Proactively follow up on past quotes, RFQs, and conversations
- Manage longer, relationship-driven sales cycles for custom projects
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in Monday.com and CRM (Apollo)
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Coordinator to ensure seamless execution
- Provide proactive communication and consistent client follow-up
Who You Are
- Experienced: 3 years in account management, client success, inside sales, or sales operations — ideally selling physical products or high-end goods in a B2B environment
- Relationship-Driven: Skilled at building trust, rapport, and long-term partnerships
- Proactive & Hungry: Motivated to grow existing business and uncover new opportunities
- Self-Starter: Takes initiative and solves problems independently
- Team-Oriented: Down-to-earth, no ego, and excited to work onsite within a collaborative environment
