What You Will Do
As an FBA Logistics Administrator, you will manage inbound and outbound shipments related to FBA, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s requirements and our internal standards. This role combines physical tasks in the warehouse with important administrative duties. You will train under the Logistics Administrator and Product Lister Supervisor, gaining valuable knowledge about Amazon’s fulfillment systems and processes.
This position works closely with various departments, including office staff, marketing staff, and warehouse teams. Daily attire is business/professional casual.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and assist with tracking, analyzing, and preparing inventory for Amazon FBA shipments.
- Review and schedule FBA shipments using Amazon Seller Central and third-party logistics software.
- Support the purchasing and printing of shipping labels and documentation for FBA and other shipment types.
- Update and maintain accurate records of tracking numbers, POs, and shipping statuses.
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels and shelf organization in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with the Logistics and Product Listing Teams to ensure shipment accuracy, timely dispatch, and compliance with Amazon’s standards.
- Identify errors, shortages, or issues with outgoing inventory and notify supervisors promptly.
- Physically assist in picking, labeling, weighing, packing, and palletizing items as needed.
- Work with SKU data and digital tools to input, update, and verify shipping and inventory information.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be able to lift and move packages weighing 40 pounds or more.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using fulfillment systems.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar software is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
