What You Will Do
As an Administrator Assistant in the Label Department, you will serve as a crucial link between the Production and Post-Production Departments. This full-time role includes organizing labels, updating SKU and lot numbers, and assisting with fulfillment as needed. You will ensure that the labeling process runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the team in maintaining high standards for our products.
This is an ON-SITE position only. We are not considering hybrid or remote work. Please note that we are currently unable to sponsor work visas or provide employment for candidates requiring sponsorship. We appreciate your understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the middleman between Production and Post-Production Departments, facilitating communication and project updates.
- Organize and rearrange the label area, ensuring labels are readily accessible and properly stored.
- Maintain extreme attention to detail while updating and checking SKUs, lot numbers, and other essential information on each label per project and client.
- Assist in printing labels and barcodes for various projects, ensuring accuracy.
- Prioritize projects effectively, demonstrating a solid understanding of their importance and timelines.
- Conduct quality checks on specific projects, including orders for major clients like Michael's, confirming that all logistics details match the correct labels on products and shipping materials.
- Be comfortable working in a warehouse environment for tasks related to labeling and inventory management while also handling administrative duties in an office setting.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Excel to update and manage spreadsheets, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Extreme attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with spreadsheet management.
- Comfortable working in both a warehouse and office environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with various teams.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
