Job Description:
Seeking an honest, reliable, and motivated individual that is interested in learning the RV Technician trade. An RV technician performs general RV maintenance, service, repairs, and upgrades. This is a great opportunity to learn advanced diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and service skills for a variety of RV systems and components including (but not limited to) plumbing, HVAC, electrical, propane systems, appliances, awnings, roofs, solar, batteries, leveling systems, and slide-outs from master technicians with decades of experience.
Requirements:
Must be able to:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for self and fellow employees.
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Bring your own basic tools.
- Excellent problem solving skills , attention to detail, and communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Handle prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
- Handle exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical, plumbing and propane systems
- Basic computer skills for service documentation and reporting.
- Maintain high standards of service
- Provide a valid driver’s license
