What are the responsibilities and job description for the RV Front Desk Agent position at Virginia City RV Park?
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to serve as our RV Park guests’ first point of contact and to manage all aspects of their accommodation. A few of the Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, providing information about rates and amenities, and managing the mini-mart. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in hospitality, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage phones
- Manage reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (ex: contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign space
- Provide information about our property, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce park rules and regulations per lease agreement
- Liaise with our housekeeping to ensure a clean property at all times.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Inventory control and stocking of the products.
