Job Description:

Seeking an honest, reliable, and motivated individual that is interested in learning the position of RV Service Writer. An RV Service Writer acts as the crucial liaison between RV owners and the service department. Greeting customers, actively listening to their concerns, and thoroughly documenting maintenance and repair needs. A key responsibility involves translating complex issues into clear, understandable terms for the customer, and providing accurate estimates for parts and labor, as well as securing necessary approvals for work to proceed. A service writer manages the repair order from initial write-up to customer pick-up, ensuring transparent communication, scheduling appointments efficiently, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the entire service experience.

Must:

• Have excellent customer service skills
• Have excellent organizational skills
• Be able to multitask
• Have basic computer/typing skills
• Maintain high standards of service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members as well as customers
• Have excellent problem solving skills , attention to detail, and communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for self and fellow employees.
• Provide a valid driver’s license
