Job Summary:

JCW has partnered with a manufacturing company on a Tax Analyst opening. In this role you will manage corporate tax compliance and reporting, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local tax laws. This role requires expertise in tax regulations, corporate tax provisions, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Tax Compliance: Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Tax Provisions: Assist in developing tax strategies, manage tax provisions, and advise on tax implications.
• Audit Support: Provide documentation and support during tax audits.
• Financial Reporting: Collaborate with finance for accurate tax-related reporting and provision calculations.
• Process Improvement: Enhance tax processes and maintain internal controls.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior accountants and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• Experience: 5 years in tax, with a focus on corporate tax compliance and provisions.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of tax laws, corporate tax provisions, and proficiency in tax software.
