What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fixture Purchasing Supervisor position at JCW Group?
JCW is working on a contract Supervisor, Fixture Purchasing role with a major national retailer - a great opportunity to lead procurement strategy at scale across a high-volume store development program.
You'll own the full purchasing lifecycle for retail fixtures, signage, and materials across new store openings, remodels, and capacity expansions - managing a team of Purchasing Agents, driving cost savings, and keeping delivery tightly aligned to project milestones. With hundreds of store projects in flight at any given time, the scope here is serious. 3 days onsite in Dublin, CA.
What you'll bring:
- 3–5 years in purchasing, retail operations, or project management
- Advanced Excel; working knowledge of PeopleSoft or similar ERP
- Proven vendor management and escalation resolution experience
- Hands-on with PO execution, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking
- Strong cross-functional communicator comfortable working with Planning, Finance, and Ops
- Team leadership experience with a coaching mindset
