Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and machinery
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical components to ensure functionality
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand electrical systems
- Diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance
- Adhere to safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe working environment
- Document maintenance activities and report findings to management
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical work preferred
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician, ideally in manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in electrical maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary
