Freight Forwarding Sales Executive
As a crucial member of our team, the freight forwarding sales executive will play a pivotal role in developing new commercial business in the U.S. Your ability to identify new clients and sell our logistics solutions is key to our growth. A hunter mentality is a must in this role. You’ll work collaboratively with our operations team to implement services and solutions for your clients, further cementing your importance in our growth strategy.
Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing new business; arrange daily business development meetings with prospective clients.
Become a subject matter expert on our services, and remain current on industry-related news.

As a sales executive, you'll meet weekly with operations management and develop close and cooperative working relationships with operations staff to ensure that customer needs and company objectives are being met. Follow up with new clients and operations to ensure a seamless implementation when onboarding new clients.
Perform market research to continually identify new pipeline opportunities, presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
What You Bring:
5 years of proven sales success in freight brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, specialized freight, and ground transportation.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple client interactions efficiently
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop solutions for complex supply chain challenges
Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree required
Daily local travel to visit clients.
1 or 2 meetings yearly with overnight travel.
