Job Overview
JCSI is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support business development efforts. In this role, you will focus on outbound outreach to generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule introductory calls for our sales team.
This is a high-impact, part-time opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys cold calling, building relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and schedule introductory meetings
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about JCSI's services
- Identify client needs and effectively communicate opportunities to the sales/account management team
- Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-up and professional communication
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified introductory calls
- Track all outreach, leads, and activities within CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Continuously develop knowledge of JCSI's services to confidently address objections
- Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and outreach effectiveness
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, business development, or telemarketing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone and email)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound outreach
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales platforms preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High school diploma required; degree preferred
