Job Title: Tradesman / Construction Laborer -Electricians -Plumbers -HVAC -Drywall
Pay: Starting rate 18 an hr/ based on experience
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated individuals to join the team as a Tradesman / Construction Laborer.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in basic construction, demonstrate strong responsibility and punctuality, and show a willingness to learn and grow in multiple trades.
This is a hands-on position involving a variety of residential construction tasks.

Responsibilities: Perform general construction tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and other trade work as needed
Assist with demolition, cleanup, and preparation of job sites
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Arrive on time and prepared for the workday
Take direction and apply new skills across different construction trades
Requirements: Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools Strong work ethic and a high level of responsibility
Willingness to learn new trades and skills on the job
Must have valid drivers license and insurance
Must have your own set of tools appropriate for general construction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be punctual and dependable
Compensation: Pay is based on experience
