As a Financial Analyst at JBTM, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts. You will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and help drive strategic decision-making. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

What You’ll Do
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Run variance analyses and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Play a key role in our strategic and operational planning cycles
- Build financial models for business cases and strategic initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and translate insights into meaningful recommendations
- Prepare presentations and insights for senior leadership, including the Executive Team
- Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate business decisions
- Drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- 2–4 years’ experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently
- High attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset
- Experience in multicultural, cross-functional environments
- Bonus: Familiarity with consolidation or planning tools (e.g., OneStream)
