This is a W2 employee position, not a contract gig. All equipment and supplies are provided. You just show up ready to work.If you take pride in a clean building, know your way around a walk behind auto scrubber, and want steady, consistent evening work with a company that treats its people right, we want to hear from you.THE JOB- Nightly (PM shift) janitorial service at commercial facilities in Lynnwood, WA- 7 day per week operation. Shifts available every day, weekend availability is a plus- General janitorial duties: trash removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and detail cleaning- Hard floor care: operating a walk behind floor auto scrubber to clean and maintain hard surface floors- Spot checking your work and reporting any building or supply issues to your supervisorWHAT WE PROVIDE- W2 employment with taxes withheld. You must be able to safely operate, fill, empty, and do basic daily care on a walk behind auto scrubber- Prior janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience- Reliability. Be on time, every shift. Our clients count on nightly service 7 days a week- Reliable transportation to the job site in Lynnwood, WA- A phone you can be reached on during your shift- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift- Professional and trustworthy.
