JBM Facility Maintenance Technologies is a licensed and insured South Carolina facility maintenance company serving the Grand Strand (Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Garden City, Surfside, and surrounding areas). We provide turnover cleaning services for vacation rental and property management companies, and we are growing fast!
We are hiring Housekeepers / Vacation Rental Cleaners for Saturday turnover cleans, with more work available throughout the week as our client base grows.
What you'll do:
Full turnover cleans of vacation rental condos and houses between guest checkout (10 AM) and check-in (3–4 PM)Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, linens/beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash
Report any property damage or maintenance issues (photos via phone)Restock consumables per checklist (supplies provided)What we offer:

Pay: $50.00 - $150.00 per hour
