Peak Property Management and Five Star Vacay are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to help maintain our hotels and vacation rental properties throughout the beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area.If you take pride in your work, enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces, and have an eye for detail, we'd love to meet you.
Job Type: Part-Time with opportunity for additional hours to meet full time if needed
What You'll Do
- Clean hotel rooms and vacation rental homes between guest stays.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all living spaces.
- Clean kitchens and bathrooms to hospitality standards.
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Restock toiletries, towels, and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues or damages.
- Complete cleaning checklists.
- Ensure every property is guest-ready before arrival.
- Occasionally assist with laundry and inventory.
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, vacation rental, or residential cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day.
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel between properties throughout the Brainerd Lakes Area.
- Smartphone for communication and work assignments.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule
Hours will vary depending on occupancy and property needs.Weekend and holiday availability is preferred, as these are our busiest turnover days.
