What You'll Do
Clean and restore residential carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, area rugs, and other flooring surfaces using professional equipment and techniques. Evaluate flooring conditions, recommend appropriate cleaning solutions, operate specialized extraction and restoration equipment, and ensure every project is completed safely and efficiently.
Maintain company vehicles and equipment, accurately document completed work, communicate professionally with homeowners, and consistently deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy physical work and take pride in producing high-quality results. Previous carpet cleaning or floor care experience is helpful but not required because we provide comprehensive training.
Candidates with backgrounds in restoration, construction, warehouse operations, landscaping, moving, maintenance, auto detailing, HVAC, plumbing, or other hands-on trades are encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new equipment and techniques. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
