This role will support the design, communication, and execution of initiatives that enable more streamlined and effective end-to-end marketing processes. You will partner cross-functionally to track priorities, manage workstreams, and promote new ways of working that improve speed, agility, and collaboration across the marketing function.This is a strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for someone who can translate big-picture goals into actionable plans and ensure progress through strong project management, communication, and collaboration. You’ll act as a trusted partner to Marketing leadership, contributing to cultural and operational shifts that unlock efficiency and innovation.What You Will DoContribute to the development and evolution of the marketing transformation agenda, including initiative tracking and reporting.Manage a roadmap of initiatives focused on improving marketing efficiency, agility, and performance.Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment and timely progress toward transformation milestones.Support the design and adoption of new operating models, processes, and collaboration practices.Develop clear, compelling communications and engagement materials to build awareness and alignment across marketing teams.Assist in the application of agile marketing and continuous improvement principles within project workstreams.Partner closely with functions such as brand, creative, media, martech, and analytics to ensure initiatives are actionable and measurable.Identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities to accelerate progress, escalating as needed.Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. Who You AreA strategic problem solver who can distill complexity into clear plans and communications.Experienced in managing or supporting enterprise or marketing transformation efforts in a matrixed organization.A strong communicator and storyteller who can drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.Familiar with agile marketing, lean principles, or operational excellence approaches (formal training a plus).Effective as both a high-level individual contributor and team collaborator.Adaptable, resourceful, energized by organizational change and comfortable operating in ambiguous situations.7-10 years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, transformation, or a related discipline.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a large-scale, fast-paced marketing organization.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.Background in marketing performance, operations, or consulting desirable.Knowledge of marketing technology landscape helpful but not required.
