PURPOSE OF THE JOB:The team is responsible for managing an extensive product portfolio, including a wide range of fan wear collections for motorsports, action sports, and lifestyle projects. As the Operations Specialist, you are responsible for managing and supporting logistics as well as sales execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Operations Management• Manage and support the order-taking process in SAP, including returns• Coordinate with clients on all outbound-related issues, including tracking and delivery support• Allocate products and resources according to defined priorities and strategies• Coordinate transportation services for inbound and outbound shipments, including ground, air, and sea• Execute stock transaction entries in SAP and conduct stock count operations based on guidelines• Place and prioritize purchase orders, ensuring purchasing processes are followed• Track shipments and communicate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery• Ensure seamless integration, functionality, and coordination between teams• Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers• Coordinate planning and monitoring of warehouse forecasts and inbound activities• Align additional warehouse effort activities• Ensure smooth payment processes in close cooperation with the Accounting Department; act as a key contact for verification and release of supplier invoicesCustomer Management• Support and manage pre-orders and in-season reorders for customers• Prepare and maintain pricing and order sheets• Assess profitability and create tailored presentations for key accounts• Maintain stock overviews and content on B2A and B2B sales platformsReporting & Alignment• Support Operations and Sales Managers to maintain strong alignment in day-to-day tasks, including reporting responsibilitiesJOB DESCRIPTIONEmployee Store• Support employee store operations and coordinate with the Sales Associate as neededEXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, or a similar role• Experience in retail sales within the apparel or fashion industry• Working knowledge of SAP• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel• Ability to work independently and take initiative• Strong communication skills• Strong analytical and organizational skills• Flexibility, reliability, and attention to detail
