Job Description:

• We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Retail Stock Associate to support the daily operations of a contemporary fashion brand’s retail store. This individual will be responsible for maintaining an organized stockroom, managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring merchandise is readily available to support the sales team and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong eye for detail and an interest in fashion.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, and process incoming shipments, ensuring merchandise is accurately checked and organized.

• Maintain an orderly, clean, and well-organized stockroom to support efficient store operations.
• Organize merchandise by style, size, category, and season for easy access and replenishment.
• Replenish the sales floor as needed, ensuring products are available and properly presented.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, stock transfers, and inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare merchandise for transfers, online orders, returns, and other fulfillment needs as required.
• Partner with sales associates and store management to respond to product requests and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies, damaged merchandise, or shipment issues.
• Support general store operations and additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, stockroom operations, inventory management, or a similar role preferred.
• Interest in contemporary fashion, apparel, and retail.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift merchandise or boxes as required by the role.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management systems, or Excel is a plus.
