Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Management & Customer Service Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational and customer service support for a fast-paced team.
- This role will be responsible for managing orders from entry through shipment, coordinating with a third-party warehouse, supporting invoicing, and assisting with inventory and accounting-related tasks.
- The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with A2000 and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while providing responsive customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer orders in A2000
- Create and send pick tickets to the third-party warehouse (3PL/WSI)
- Follow up on shipments and verify shipped quantities
- Generate and send customer invoices once orders have shipped
- Serve as a point of contact for customer service inquiries and order-related questions
- Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding issues
- Assist with inventory management and tracking
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
- Maintain accurate order, customer, and shipment records
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Help ensure a seamless process from order entry through fulfillment and invoicing
Qualifications
- Hands-on A2000 experience is required
- Previous experience in order management, customer service, operations, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders, requests, and deadlines
- Experience with inventory management, accounts receivable/payable, or wholesale operations is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business systems
