WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will:
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
- Conduct strategic case investigations involving liability and damages
- Draft and review legal documents and demand packages
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the legal process
- Collaborate closely with legal assistants, case managers, and litigation teams
- Help maximize case value while delivering an exceptional client experience
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Active attorney in good standing
- 5 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience preferred
- Strong understanding of State PI laws and procedures
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to successfully manage a high-value caseload
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
