Duties will include:
- Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial.
- Propound and respond to extensive discovery.
- Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies.
- Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists.
- Calendaring
- Noticing Depositions and other Hearings.
- Setting up Court Call and Appearance Attorneys.
- Organize documents for filing.
- Drafting correspondence.
- Special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of Personal Injury, both in pre-litigation and litigation phases.
- Previous experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong attention to details and work ethics.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: $30-$50 per hour.We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, along with a positive and collaborative work environment.
